Lewistown Chokecherry Festival

This year’s Chokecherry entertainment is an eclectic mix of musical genres, dancing and hopping the whole family can enjoy. It’s also focused on local, as all entertainers either live here or are from here. Chokecherry regulars will see some familiar faces as well as some new artists this year, which will take place by the Fergus County Courthouse lawn.

Local country picker Steve Hughes returns to the Chokecherry stage with his old-time friend Stan Wall
11:15 am - Lewistown Hoppers
Jump rope performance
12:00 pm - Dance Syndicate
The Lewistown Dance Syndicate performs “Almost Alice,” a rendition of “Alice in Wonderland” inspired by the Tim Burton/Johnny Depp adaptation.
1:30 pm - Mylo Moring
14-year-old Mylo Moring will be playing a ukulele set of originals and covers.
2:15 pm - Wendy Elwood
Acoustic folk singer/songwriter from Harlowton
3:00 pm - The Robert Tyson Experience
Solo artist Robert Tyson will perform in his trademark percussive coffeeshop style
3:45 pm - The Johnathan David Trio
A folk-rock group featuring the renowned Dr. Moore on bass
